A new Shopify Flow action sends the pickup point reminder email when your workflow decides, for example 2 hours after the order or only for paid orders. It uses the reminder you set up in Settings, Notifications, and works even with the automatic reminder turned off.

• Available on paid plans (Lite and higher)

• Fields: the order and an optional minimum number of hours since the last reminder

• Sends only when the order still has no pickup point and has an email

• Enable email reminder can be off: that switch controls only the automatic reminder

• When Flow sends the email, the pending automatic reminder for that order is cancelled

• Shopify Flow > Add action > ShipD Delivery > Send pickup point reminder
